Credit Card Input disabled

Hello, I’m trying to add my credit card, but it seems the card number field is disabled. I’ve tried entering it several times and it doesn’t work. I also tried using incognito mode, logging out and back in, but nothing worked. Could you please help me?

I am sorry to hear about this inconvenience, but we are here to help!

My assumption would be that the tenant that you are trying to update the payment for is managed within a Team. Therefore the payment would be managed from the Team’s page by navigating to Teams > Settings > Payment & Billing. You can also check our Billing Policy - Account-based documentation.
