Created users disappear and re-appears

I’m currently having issues with users I’ve been creating. I get the verification link and see the ID, but then then I go back to search for user they aren’t showing. I can login with the user that was created, I just can’t see them in the User when I search. I logged in using Safari vs Chrome, found the user I created, then if I refresh they’re gone. Tried it again and the user is back.

Is there something going on with the servers? Now it seems to be working again. I hope there’s server issues.
