Hello
We use the platform. And One of our customer can not login using his Google account. Although he was able to login before.
I see in logs an errors with a message.

We could not create your account. Please contact support for assistance.

What does it mean and how can I fix the problem?

The error that your uses sees is coming from your Post-Login Action, please check your action code, you can troubleshoot it with Real-Time web task log extension → Real-time Webtask Logs Extension
