Can't login with existing account

Hello!
One of my web applications using an Auth0 application just stopped working and can not login to it any more. I wanted to go and see logs in Auth0 platform but I can not even login to Auth0! I’ve been using Auth0 for over 6 months and suddenly when I try to login after writing email, password and Auth0 Guardian Code it says I have to select region and create account. Strange enough, I click on Create Account, and it sends me to the login page again. It is a non-finishing cycle between trying to log in to my existing account, the sending me to create account, then back to the login.

I checked your account and found that you have two accounts: one with an email and password combination and the second with Google Social.

It looks like the one with your email and password was the first account you created. I recommend that you try to log in to that account to regain access to the existing tenants you have.

If you are still having issues, could you share if you have any issues with MFA? If possible, could you share a screen recording with me in a direct message so that I can look into this further?

Hi again.
I entered to both accounts (by entering email and password and through Google), but seemingly lost all my tenants as if I efectively created a new account, even though I never Signed Up. I don’t know how to dm someone, if you could write to me to share the Screen Recording.
