Solution

To modify a self-service subscription plan for a Teams-Enabled account, a Team Owner for the Team that needs to be updated should follow these steps:

  1. Navigate to accounts.auth0.com and log in.
  2. Select Settings on the left side of the Teams Page
  3. Scroll to Payment & Billing to change the payment method
