Can't find my tenant after its trial period is expired

I had a tenant with trial period and now its trial period is expired. According to my knowledge, I could still use it with free plan but I can’t find it anywhere. Of Course, I checked switch tenant and I can still see it. But when I click it, it leads me to another default tenant dashboard. I can still see missing tenant name beside my profile pic in auth0 documentation page( I can still check its well-known configuration. How can I find that missing tenant dashboard?

I tried logging in from home page and I got my missing tenant dashboard back.
But I cant see previous default tenant dashboard now. That is another problem, so I will just withdraw this topic.

Thanks a lot for letting us know! It will be great if you can open a new one for the other issue.
