Can't define Gmail suite as email provider (smtp relay)

Hi,
We are trying to set our Gmail Suite to work as the provider of emails in Auth0 and for some reason emails are not going through?
We changed the settings inside the G suite administration console as explained here (Route outgoing SMTP relay messages through Google - Google Workspace Admin Help) and defined in email providers Gmail SMTP relay server and still the “test emails” are not going, and once I received an email in my Gmail that app is trying to connect but was rejected.
What am I missing in the settings in Gmail to open the connection?

Fixed. Had to open a flag to allow “less secured apps” to access my account.
