Can't create support tickets for an Enterprise account

Hello, I am on an Enterprise plan and have attempted to open a ticket. When I go to support center, I get two spinning circles and lots of errors in the console regarding scripts violating CSP rules and an IndexedDB issues. If I go to Get Support → Open a Ticket I see a prompt to select my subscription which is not populated and has similar errors in the browser’s debug console.

I’ve tried multiple browsers on several machines to the same end. Is there an email address or something I can use instead to get a ticket entered?

Hi @JFoxUK. You have pointed out correctly that our Status Page is where information regarding this type of situations is visible, it is just that the correct Region would have to be selected as well.

I did check all of the regions, did I miss it?
