Hey,
I just created my account and I was immediately prompted to create my first tenant. I entered something that fit, selected eu, as I am from there, and I clicked “Create Account”. I tried this multiple times, receiving one of three errors:
- Error!Something happened while trying to create the tenant: You don’t have permissions to access the resource
- Error!Something happened while trying to create the tenant: Failed to create account
- Error!Something happened while trying to create the tenant: API Error. Please contact support if the problem persists
It seems to be random what error I get, I am not connected to a VPN, I tried it using a vpn, I tried in a private window of a different browser, and I tried researching the error messages, but all I found was a post of someone who seemed to have a similar problem, but the issue was apparently solved in dms, and nothing of what happened is on the thing.

I don’t know what to do, it seemed like such a simple thing, just enter stuff, but I can’t do anything before registering my first tenant.
I don’t know if the tags are right, none seemed to fit.
Can someone help?
