Hello,

I am trying to create my login account; however, I am encountering the following error:

“Error! Something happened while trying to create the tenant: You don’t have permission to access the resource.”

How can I resolve this issue?

I understand that you are facing the following error message when attempting to create a new tenant : “Error! Something happened while trying to create the tenant: You don’t have permission to access the resource.”

This can have multiple causes, but allow me to share some steps that could get rid of the error:

  • change the name of the tenant that you want to create, even by adding/removing a single character;
  • change the region of the tenant if applicable;
  • attempt to create the tenant via a different web browser of Incognito mode;
  • clear your browser’s cookies/cache data, reload the browser and try one more time.

Thank you for your response.

The problem still persists; however, the error message has changed. I am now receiving the following message:
“Error! Something happened while trying to create the tenant: Failed to create account.”

Could you please help me investigate this issue?
