I’m unable to access my account. When I select the forgot password option, the email is never sent to me. I tried calling support but you need a support account. I can’t get a support account without logging in first. I called the main number and it always goes to voicemail. How can I get back into my paying account? I had to create this temporary account just so I could post here.
