Can't login, locked out of my account

I’m no longer able to get access to a tenant I am admin. I login via github, and after that I am request to login to a team, where github is not an option. It worked fine a couple days ago.

I also have a “regular” account, same email address, which apparently is a separate account, but for some reason the 2FA code is not recognized, so I can’t login on that either.

I don’t have any option to use a recovery key or do anything else.
I tried opening a support ticket, but it says I don’t have permission to do that, and that I should ask my admin, which is me…

Any chance I can get support here?
