Cannot save changes for Custom Text in Universal Login

This is the error:
APIError: There must be a verified credit card on file to perform this operation

But there is no info at all, anywhere, that you would need to give credit card info for this feature.

With the pricing changes introduced in this release, custom text is available for a free subscription with some conditions.

It’s relevant to keep in mind that the current plan is to gate access to the configuration of a custom text in a free subscription based on a credit card-based verification. This means that in order for a free subscription tenant admin to be able to go through the custom text configuration they must first complete the credit card verification step.

The credit card verification step will NOT imply actual charges, so there will be no costs associated with configuring or using the custom domain.
