Cannot login to my account

The phone number we used for the auth0 account n—m got canceled. And the recovery code is not working. We need help to reset MFA and login to the account.

I would suggest instead if community use their direct customer support.

I understand that you have would require a MFA reset in order to access your Auth0 account.

Please send a DM ( Direct Message ) to @support forwarding all the information provided and confirming the email address of your Auth0 account and the name of the tenant where you are encountering this issue. You can click on " support" mentioned above and should have the option of sending a message to the group. The DM creates a private conversation where more sensitive details can safely be shared with us for troubleshooting.
