This should be possible via the Management API - Unfortunately, I am not aware of the specifics in terms of how Twitter (it could be different for other providers) manage the user id format. That is, since the format is strategy|social_user_id and multiple connections will still have the same strategy there may be inconsistency / conflict / duplicate users created if the same user logs in via two different connections. Just something to be aware of and potentially look into a bit further.
