We are using the new universal login form, but when we reset our password successfully we see the “reset-password-success” form, but we can not see the CTA Back to App it is missing.
Can anybody help?

I’m not sure if it should be there out of the box and not entirely sure if you’ll be able to add it however you can try modifying the branding by changing CSS, HTML and JavaScript code to make it happen. Here’s more on that front:
I don’t think enabling the Custom Password Reset Page option will help here.
Enabling It , gives a whole different reset password form different than the universal login one.
