Hello,
I’ve been trying to verify an email from a user. The account was blocked due to many log in tries and we unblocked via email. Then, we saw in the User Details that he didn’t have a verified email. We tried resending an email for verification and it was received by the user and confirmed, but it’s been a while since it was confirmed (1 hour) and we are wondering if this is normal or what may have caused a delay.
