Auth0 terraform auth issue

Hi all , I am facing some weird issue with TLS handshake error when trying to configure new auth0 tenants with terraform module.

I am using auth0-cli-extension to configure these tenants , when I use curl calls to the tenant it works and issues me token but via terraform it throws below error .

I would sincerely appreciate any pointer ?

it gives me error below:

Error: Post "https://{{tenant_name}}.eu.auth0.com/oauth/token": net/http: TLS handshake timeout
