I have been trying to create a connection to Freshdesk with the SAML 2.0 provided by Auth0. I have followed the documentation on how to configure the Auth0 SAML for Freshdesk. The problem is that whenever I try to use the SSO to login to Freshdesk my request get’s rejected by Freshdesk with the message of “Error while authenticating user: the status code of the response was not success”. A few things to note is that I’m trying to make the SSO for the freshdesk customers, I can access my Auth0 loggin page thru the Freshdesk SSO for customers but it goes wrong when I loggin.
