Hi, I am trying to setup Freshdesk custom SSO connection. I get either one of two errors. With Freshdesk SSO setting set to “Only signed response” I get an “Saml configuration error: saml response is not signed. please make the saml response is signed in your idp.” With “Only signed assertation” setting, I get “invalid identifier.” Any help would be appreciated.
