Hi, I have the exact same issue as: Application Logo not showing up but I followed the steps (added my logo to universal login logo slot as well as on applications but they logo refuses to show up. I can change background color on universal login but just not the logo.
Any advice is accepted with open arms, thanks in advance!

I understand that you are having trouble seeing your Logo on the Universal Login page.
After testing this myself, I was not able to reproduce your observations. Instead, I could successfully change my logo on the Universal Login Page.
Given that, could you please try using another image to test and see if it works?
For example. you could try with this image which has worked for me.
