App disappeared after period of inactivity and now I can't create a new one

I didn’t log in to my project for a while and now it seems like my app got deleted.
When I try to create a new app, I get a permissions error.

Please send a DM ( Direct Message ) to @support regarding this request, mentioning the following information:

  • email address of your Auth0 account;
  • the names of the tenant where you are experiencing this issue;
  • share the full error message that you are receiving.
