Amazon SES Rejected Account Request help

So i have set up all the domain based authentication with Amazon SES and the email as well as per Auth0 documentation/steps in their guide of setting up email providers then I pressed to step up to production as per documentation Amazon has asked me what will these SES identities be used for via support case, I have replied to them that I will use Amazon SES for Auth0 emails and they have just basically rejected saying this doesn’t fall into their guidelines of usage, so why is Auth0 able to be their official provider and how to go about this problem ?

Thank you for posting your question. May I ask if you tried to appeal from their decision, and if so what was the response from the Amazon support?
