Admin, but can't access Teams or Subscription info

Ready to post? :magnifying_glass_tilted_right:@support I’ve exhausted all other options for getting this resolved and I don’t have the New private message option to message support. I am an admin on our auth0 account, but I can’t view subscriptions so I suspect that our recently departed lead developer may have held the owner role? We removed him from the tenant members list, which I now know we shouldn’t have. Is there a way to convert my user into the owner so that I can see everything? Or, do we have to go through the MFA reset option for the old developer account? I control the email system, so I was able to reset his password, but can’t reset MFA. Not sure how to progress here and we already have an application running and using auth0 that I don’t want to disrupt. Thanks for any help or pointing me in the right direction.

Hi @admin106

Welcome to the Auth0 Community!

I understand that you are not able to access your Subscription information and also not able to DM our Support group.

Recommended next steps

I have just elevated your Community access in order to send a DM ( Direct Message ) to our @support group, forwarding all the information provided and confirming the email address of your Auth0 account and the name of the tenant where you are encountering this issue. You can click on " support" mentioned above and should have the option of sending a message to the group. The DM creates a private conversation where more sensitive details can safely be shared with us for troubleshooting.

Looking forward to your DM!

Have a great one,
Gerald
