So I tried enabling 2fa through guardian, I went through the steps to use the lastpass authenticator, everything seemed good (this authenticator has worked fine for many many other TOTP apps). Then in my profile it said “finish enrolling device” so I did that, and entered the code, and the popup window closed, seemingly fine, but this message never went away. Now when I log in it perpetually wants my recovery code, which works… but I’ve disabled 2fa and the “finish enrolling device” is still there on my account, and I can’t remove it… help.
