Your account has been blocked after multiple consecutive login attempts

During the recent outage, I was trying to log into my dashboard, but could not, and now have been locked out.

I’m posting this from a new account, as I couldn’t find a way to contact support and get this resolved.

Password recovery is not sending emails, so I can’t reset my password.

Help! I need to get into my admin account
