I’m trying to invite another admin into a second tenant we have. The error message that they get is
You are not allowed to accept this invitation!
You are currently logged in as REDACTED@REDACTED . Please log in using the email address for which you received the invitation. If you have not yet done so, please sign up with the email address for which you received the invitation.
The email address it says they are logged in as matches the email address the invitation was sent to.
There might be two potential reasons to it:
It could be a temporary bug on our end so it’s worth trying that again
Two logins with the same email address doesn’t need to be the same Basically when you login with email / password method using emailA and then login with the same emailA but using let’s say Google login that will be treated as two different accounts and that might be the case here.
The issue ended up being a typo in the email address. Solved.
