X log in issue, I type correct user and pass, doesnt work

I know my user and pass are correct.. but when I enter it sends me to find your account, then I put my account name and it sends me straight to support?? I havent logged on in a year or so but cmon?

yes I already tried support, they say my email isnt matching with the email on my account so they cant help me further. Then I give them the number I believe is associated with the account and they ghost me

Ensure you can log in to your X account on X’s website, and then try again on your Auth0 application.

Let us know if you can log into the X website but not the Auth0 Application.

Then, you could try creating a new test account and check if you can log in using it. Otherwise, if you have to retrieve that account, you will need to contact X support.

yes thats what ive been doing, but I only know the number that was attached to the account and not the email, is there a direct link with support that would help me reset with number?

Unfortunately, we cannot directly assist with recovering your X account. Account recovery, including password resets, must be handled by X’s support team because they are the sole managers of their user accounts.
