I have had an Auth0 application running for years with no issues. I went to log in to the Auth0 dashboard and my login failed. I tried the reset pw link several times, never got an email. Tried different browsers, cleared cookies, no luck. I “created” a new Auth0 login account with my google to log this issue. Any suggestions on how to unlock my account and reset pw if necessary? I can’t add a new user to my application. Thanks!
Now you’re in, can you remove and re-add that user?
I don’t think I understand. My admin login is the problem. I just tried again: “Your account has been blocked after multiple consecutive login attempts” - Individual users within my app are fine. I just can’t get back to my main admin dashboard. JonPawelko@yahoo.com is my admin id.
