Question: Why is my passwordless email template not working?
Answer:
Passwordless email template options can be found in the Dashboard > Connections > Email > Settings.
The passwordless email template requires your own email provider to be customizable. This can be configured in the Dashboard > Emails > Provider. This is true of the other email templates.
In addition, an @auth0.com email in the from field will cause the email template to be ignored.
