Why am i getting redirected to blank page even if i have stated the correct redirect URL

Im on the free trial, when I test users logging in to my web app, they are redirected to blank page only even tho I have the correct redirect url written and syntax

I keep having to make new accounts so they can login in then after few attempts they are redirected to a blank page and so on.
