Where is data saved?

Hello, we are a nonprofit nongovernment organization that are interested in using Auth0 for our free services. We are located in Sweden/EU and we wonder:

  1. Is it possible for Auth0 to support our services and reduce our costs?
  2. Where is the data saved if we use EU tenant?
