I’m using Auth0 with the free plan, and I’ve just created my third tenant. The issue is that this third tenant seems to have automatically activated a trial (I didn’t realize it at the time), and I don’t want to end up being charged for it.
I have a few questions:
Would deleting one of my previous tenants reset my account to stay within the free tier limit? If so, will the trial on the third tenant automatically be disregarded?
Should I consider migrating my application from the third tenant to one of my previous tenants to avoid the trial altogether? The challenge is that the third tenant already has quite a few users, and I’d prefer not to disrupt anything.
I want to make sure I stay within the free plan and avoid unnecessary complications. What would be the best approach here?
The 22-day trial is free so please let them know they don’t need to worry about being charged for that, the tenant automatically moves to the free plan after the trial expires.
I don’t see any need for them to delete a tenant. Since they won’t be charged for the trial, it can be disregarded.
I don’t see a need for them to do so.
Please let me know if you have any additional questions!
Thank you very much! But I’m still confused with one thing. On the pricing page it says that the Free plan allows only one tenant. I’ve been using two for a long time, and now I created the third one (which was the reason for me being here).
