This could be already covered somewhere but I’m failing to pin point what’s happening when a tenant has used up all allotted M2M tokens. Is it throttled, errs, or a mix of both?

Dan, the info is great to understand how it’s calculated and working for the paid plans. What about a free plan? And wherever it matters, if the plan uses a dev/test tenant vs a production-tagged tenant. Appreciate your help.

If a free plan exceeds the M2M token quota, further M2M tokens are blocked until the plan is upgraded or the month resets.
