What happens to the users when you change the client id and client secret of an integration

I’m just curious what happens to the users when you change the client id and client secret, an example would be, an integration of GitHub, and I put it under an account I don’t have access to anymore, so I want to enter new credentials. what would happen to the users?

There should be no issues updating your client ID and client secret values in your Social Connection settings. Your users should be able to log in with the Social Connection without problems, provided that the new values are valid. It may be worth checking using the Try Connection button to verify that it works. See below.
