We are still experiencing an outage in US-3 region

Hi there,

We are still getting intermittent errors both communicating with the management API and authenticating users. We are in the US-3 region.

There was a known incident a few hours ago, tracked here. It has been marked as resolved - however, the issue has continued for our organization. It was resolved temporarily and then re-emerged.

Thanks for the help, we are eager to provide any information we can to shed light on the issue.
