We have an external e-mail provider setup for our account. If I go to Branding and send a test e-mail, it works fine.
Our app is using the API to send e-mails, and this works fine for most accounts, but not all accounts receive our verification e-mails.
When I go to User Management and send verification e-mail for individuals, none of those e-mails are received (I’ve even tested the admin account that receives the test e-mail from the Branding tab/test).
I’ve checked spam, other folders, etc.
Any ideas?

Can you provide the name of the external email provider you are using? Do you see any failing logs in the tenant when sending verification emails? Can you provide me the tenant name so I can take a look internally?

We use Azure. Tenant name is “emissionstrack”. I do not have access to the logs - will get those later tonight.

Thanks for providing the SMTP provider and tenant name! I looked and only see successful email deliveries on our end on the emissionstrack
tenant.
Do the users who do not receive verification emails all belong to the same connection or have anything else in common? What email client are they using to receive emails - Outlook? Do you see any errors or relevant logs on the Azure side?
I will watch for your reply about the tenant logs - those will help!

They are the only person on that particular domain - I will have them add another account on the same domain and see if it has the same issue.
I looked at the Auth0 logs, and everything looks fine.

I will need to put this on hold for a little bit.
I was out sick, and now the person who’s account is not working is on holiday for 2 weeks.
I was able to authenticate an account with them using a personal e-mail address, but still not there work address.
