Using Password Reset Flow for Enterprise Connections

Is it possible to use the kick off the Change password reset email flow for Enterprise connections ?

None of the documentation that I have read indicates this.

If this is not a feature set now, does anyone know if this is on the roadmap ELSE what are most people doing to accomplish this ?

I am aware of the Management API v2 Patch call but I seem to able to only use that post authentication.
