Using Management API to register APIs

Hello.

I’m trying to figure out if it’s possible to use the Auth0 Management API (Auth0 Management API v2) to register an API (as in: Register APIs).

I am wondering if this is bundled in the Create Client endpoint and what options I would need to set up.
