Problem statement
Customers are still receiving emails regarding rules and hooks being deprecated, even though all the Rules to Actions were migrated and no active Rules are in place. Why is this happening?
Solution
As long as there is at least one non-deleted Rule (enabled or disabled), the notifications will be sent.
