Username-Password-Authentication Try Connection Fails and return Not Found

The username password auth used to work in our app but recently it’s been returning user not found error. So I tried to try the connection in auth0 dashboard and I got a Not Found error (just a text and not the usual auth0 response page I get). Can you help me figure out this issue? I did not update anything from when it was working to this day.

I understand that you have encountered the user not found error when logging in with the Username-Password-Authentication database connection.

To investigate further, could you please check if you can find the user by going to your Auth0 Dashboard > User Management > Users and searching for them there? This will help us understand if the user exists in your database.
