User not Receive Verification Emails

Problem Statement:

I am not getting the verification email’s from Auth0 but other emails are working correctly

Cause:

The “Verification Email (using link)” email template is currently disabled

Solution:

Navigate to the “Verification Email (using link)” template in the Auth0 Dashboard and enable it using the “Status” toggle found above the “From” field.
