URGENT: unable to access auth0 account, Support Center - Paid B2C Essentials account

Hello Auth0 team,

I need an Auth0 employee to escalate this to the Billing/Account Access team perhaps. I am currently trapped in a circular account-access problem and cannot use the normal Support Center.

Account situation:

  • I have been paying $35/month for a B2C Essentials subscription.
  • Several recent payment attempts failed because my bank card temporarily had insufficient funds.
  • The card now has sufficient funds and can be charged immediately.
  • The password-reset process does not deliver the required 6-digit verification code.
  • I cannot obtain my Account ID because I cannot log in.
  • The Auth0 Support Center - I can not access with my actual account.

I have a recent Auth0 invoice and proof of previous successful payments for this subscription. I will provide these privately to an authorized Auth0 employee.

I also contacted an Okta/Auth0 sales person by zoom and email. I was directed to the Community or Support Center, but that does not resolve the issue because access to the Support Center itself requires the account access I have lost.

Requested resolution:

  1. Verify my paid B2C Essentials subscription and identify the associated Auth0 account/tenant.
  2. Retry the outstanding $35 payment using the existing card.
  3. Provide a secure/private way for me to verify ownership and submit the invoice and payment evidence.

This is affecting an active business service and requires urgent assistance. Please have an Auth0 staff member contact me privately. Please do not redirect me back to the Support Center without first restoring my access, since inability to access it is the central problem.

Thank you.

This account is not my actual auth0 account.

Hi @joheb.ahsan

Welcome to the Auth0 Community!

I understand the frustration that this situation can cause, of not being able to access your Auth0 account and managing the subscription of your tenants.

Please send a DM ( Direct Message ) to our @support group, forwarding all the information provided and confirming the email address of your Auth0 account and the name of the tenant you need access to. You can click on " support" mentioned above and should have the option of sending a message to the group. The DM creates a private conversation where more sensitive details can safely be shared with us for troubleshooting.

We will be able to perform the required verifications from our end in order to establish the best course of action in order to resolve this issue for you.

Looking forward to your DM!

Best regards,
Gerald

I did send a private message to support. Thank you for your response. Is it intentionally made extremely difficult to get support? I had no idea about auth0 support being like this. I’m on second day and no response from the support team. Also, I copied the URL of my post as I don’t see how I can locate that private message easily. How interesting. First and last time using auth0 services.
