"Unknown response from webtask" with failed login

Hi all,

I’m experiencing the same issue as detailed in this issue opened last year: Failed Login with "Unknown response from webtask".

This doesn’t seem to be related to the ongoing OTP verification incident so wanted to reach out to the community/team to see if I can get any help.

We are trying to reply to older posts and provide some information, in case others find it useful.

I have looked back through our Status page and found there was an incident on the day you have reported the issue ( Elevated Errors in US3 Public Cloud Environment<!-- --> • Auth0 Status Page ) which has been resolved by our Engineering team on the same day. This is most likely related to the incident given the timestamps and hopefully the issue has been resolved for you.
