from the screenshots I should have a tooltip to create an account but I don’t have it, I can’t figure out where and what I need to add to make it appear

Typically, this is due to the fact that a connection enabled for the application has signups disabled. Please see the following post for steps on how to resolve:

First, could you please go to your Auth0 Dashboard > Applications > YOUR_APP > Connections and check which Database Connections are enabled for that application?
