How do I enable signup

I only found a setting to disable signup for database connection, and it is not enabled. but I still do not see a signup button. I can I enable the signup functionality. Nothing fancy, just basic signup which creates a local account

Could you please share a screenshot of your login page, which you mentioned is missing the signup option?

I have checked your tenant settings and see that signup is enabled, which means you should be able to sign up on your app.
