Currently, the Password Reset Page default template is shrinking the desktop view and behavior to fit a mobile screen instead of displaying the mobile view. What can be done to show the mobile-specific styles?

Are you using the lock library or using universal login through another library? If you go through your setup that can help narrow things down.
This may be related to using New Universal Login vs Classic Universal Login. Can you try and see if that fixes it?
