Unable to submit support tickets

Hi,

I’m unable to submit support tickets and need to resolve the issue.
I was involved with a couple “trial” implementations before we purchased public tenants, then private tenants. The Tickets UI appears to be saying that tickets aren’t available for free/trial users. I no longer am. Any suggestions?

Indeed, free users are unable to submit a support ticket, however, if your tenant is during their free trial, you should be able to open one. Otherwise, if you require any assistance, you can post on the Community in order to have the matter resolved.

If you require assistance regarding using features available only through certain plans, you would be required to have the specific plan active on your tenant since the features would stop working shortly after your tenant is not eligible for them.
