Unable to stop credit card charges - cannot access support portal

Hello,
I am being charged on my credit card by Auth0, but I do not know which account or tenant is linked to it. When I try to open a support ticket through the Auth0 portal, I am blocked because I am not a paying customer. There is also no clear billing contact email listed anywhere.

My only alternative is to put a block on auth0 from my credit card company, but I plan to use it in the future, so that will be more than a problem if I get them block entirely from my credit card…

I need help to:

  • Identify which account/tenant is using my credit card
  • Cancel the subscription and stop future charges
  • Remove my credit card information from the system

Since I cannot submit a ticket directly, could a community manager please help me by creating a support ticket on my behalf? I am happy to share the email address and any other identifying information via Direct Message.
