Unable to remove/edit the cellphone number used on MFA enrollment

Hello all,

I am changing my phone number and need to update my Auth0 account accordingly.

So I’ve been unsuccessfully trying to remove the MFA via SMS setting in my profile.

The issue is: when clicking “REMOVE” button, a confirmation popup shows, then a login popup where I fill in my account credentials and then get an error message: “There was an error processing the login.”

As a result, I can’t complete the action and can’t remove/change the bound phone number.

Please advise. Thank you
